Who I am
I'm Giovanna Savona , born in Naples in 1972. From childhood, I've shown a keen interest in the figurative arts, devoting myself passionately to drawing and painting. In 1990, I graduated from the Naples State Art School with a grade of 53/60. From that moment, I began to perfect my technique, focusing on the search for an expressionist-inspired harmony of colors.
My first exhibition took place in 1994 in Rome, both in a theater and at the "Villaggio Globale." That same year, I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples with a score of 110/110 and participated in the "Gran Trofeo Vesuvio D'oro" in Naples.
My presence in prominent art catalogs and the numerous exhibitions I've participated in testify to the recognition of my commitment to the art scene. The technique I've developed, oriented toward expressionism, reflects my ongoing dedication to art, while solo exhibitions at significant venues such as the "Damiani" complex in San Martino, Naples, and the Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano, Switzerland, represent important milestones in my artistic journey.
In 2023 I also wrote a book entitled "Frangenti", thus enriching my artistic expression through the written word.
